Robert Cuccioli played the dual leads on the 1995 First National Tour. He left his role as the alternate Javert in Broadway's Les Miserables to play Jekyll, and followed the tour by debuting the role on Broadway. He sang the lead in the Original Broadway Cast Album. For his performance he recieved a Tony Nomination, and won the Drama Desk Award, the Joseph Jefferson Award, and the Outer Critics Circle Award.
In 2012 Cuccioli returned to Broadway in Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark playing the dual role of Norman Osborne, a scientist, and The Green Goblin, his evil alter ego unleashed by an experiment gone wrong.
Robert is also a theatrical director, having notably directed well recieved prodcutions of "Jekyll & Hyde" in Houstan, Pittsburgh, and Westchester.
